Dear Church, I welcome you here this morning in the name of King Jesus our Lord and Saviour it is good to see in the house of God today

You have set time aside to be in God’s house to worship Him in spirit and in truth!Today I want to talk to you about the OMNIPRESENCE of God which means that the Lord God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is everywhere. So no matter what we do and who we are, WE CANNOT hide from God. Nor can we hope to escape from His judgement. 

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment

Hebrews 9:27

There are many people who love to play with God and the things of God! They think that they will always be able to get away with their nonsense. Some people are FOOLS! They forget that they will grow old and die and come face to face with the King of Glory; King Jesus!

Don’t ever forget that we were created by Jehovah God, the Maker of Heaven and Earth.God the Father formed us from the dust of the earth in His own image. We are alive because He breathed into our nostrils and gave us life! 

We are alive because of Lord Jehovah’s love, mercy and grace towards us.Each one of us is living on BORROWED time and the time will come when God will decide that our time upon the earth is over.When God decides that we had lived long enough, He will take His breath back and we will fall to the ground and die. As soon as God’s breath leaves our body, we will start to decay and turn into dust to return to the dust from which God created us in the first place

As the Apostle Paul said in the Book of Hebrews, Chapter 9, verse 27 and as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:27

The appointment of God concerning people are of 2 parts:

(1.) Every person that was born MUST DIE!

It is an awful thing to die, to have all relations here dropped at once, and to enter into another world. 

Death is a matter of comfort to the godly, that they shall die well and die but once; 

but Death is a matter of terror to the wicked, who die in their sins, that they cannot return again to live a godly life and to enter into heaven

When a person refuses to repent of their sins, accept Christ then that person WILL NOT be marked with JAH the name of Lord Jehovah on their foreheads, 

As soon as that person dies WITHOUT Christ, he or she will IMMEDIATELY slide into hell for ALL ETERNITY!

Only those who have repented of their sins and have accepted King Jesus as their Lord and Saviour will enter into heaven

(2.) It is appointed to men that after death they shall come to judgment, 

When we die our souls return to God to be judged!

Whatever deeds we have performed upon the earth will determine where we will spend eternity: Heaven or Hell!

No one can escape judgement, no one!

This is the unalterable decree of God concerning people – they must die, and they must be judged.  Judgment is appointed for us after we die. 

So what can we do?

Let us continue with the Book of Hebrews, Chapter 9, verse 28

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Hebrews 9:28

As God has appointed each of us to die, He has appointed Christ to be offered up as a sacrifice to bear the sings of many sinners. Christ did not die for His own  sins, He was wounded for our transgressions. God laid on Christ the iniquity of all His people. Christ is the first-born among many brethren. It is appointed that Christ shall appear the second time without sin, to the salvation of those who look for him. Christ will appear without sin; at His  first coming, although, He had no sin of His own, Yet He was charged with the sins of many; 

Christ was the Lamb of God that bore upon Himself the sins of the world. In His Second Future appearance of Christ, He will be glorified as the King of Glory. All of those souls who have put their trust in Christ will have their PERFECT reward. Our only way to ESCAPE God’s judgement and to go to heaven is to repent of our sins and accept Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

Without accepting Christ as our Saviour, we cannot go to heaven and we are doomed for an existence in hell!

Each person has to make a choice as to what they will do for their eternal life, spend it in heaven or in hell. 

Let us go to Psalm 139, verses 1 to 6

LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Psalm 139:1-6

God has a perfect knowledge of us, and that all of our actions and thoughts are open to God! Whether we like it or not, or whether we know it or not, God knows EVERYTHING about us! God knows when we sit down and get up, when we are angry or sad etc. No matter how hard we try we CANNOT hide from God! God takes notice of every step we take, every right step and every by-step. 

God knows all our ways, He knows what we think, what we are planning and the company we keep! 

We ought to praise God for His mercy and grace towards us. Of all the things that God has created STILL He chooses to think about mankind! He loves us more than any of His creation; so much that He gave His only Begotten Son King Jesus to die on the cross so that we can have Eternal Life! What other father would do this? 

Let us continue with Psalm 139, verses 7 to 12.

Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?  If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.  If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;  Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.  If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.  Psalm 139:7-12  

Our lives, thoughts, and actions are always open to God’s gaze Every part of the creation is under God’s influence. No matter how far we run we CANNOT get away from God’s presence. As David declares Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 

God is a Spirit, and we will be stupid to think that because we cannot see him He cannot see us If we go into heaven God is there! For heaven is where God’s throne is. If we descend down into the pits of hell we will also find God there. You may be puzzled why, God will be in hell, well remember that God CREATED hell for satan and his wicked demons. 

Hell also belongs to God, after satan and one third of the angels rebelled against God, He created hell for them. Hell is a place of eternal punishment and unspeakable terrors and it is only meant for satan and his wicked demons. But alas, SOME people are STUPID and they WILL NOT listen to the GOSPEL CALL!

These fools refuse to turn from their wicked ways, repent and give their hearts to King Jesus. So, these fools WILL also go to hell with satan and his wicked demons. If we go to the remotest corners of this world, we shall find that God is also there! There is no veil that can hide us from God’s eye, no, not that of the thickest darkness, Remember God created the heavens and the earth, and He also created light and darkness! So we cannot even hide ourselves in the darkness, for it also belongs to God! Everything in this world belongs to Lord Jehovah! 

He is the owner of everything; we may think that we own lands and houses, and jewels etc, BUT we do not! As soon as our breath leaves our bodies, we LOSE all of our material possessions,  and if we were STUPID enough to sell our souls to buy material wealth that is fleeting then to hell we shall go! Remember what Messiah Yeshua told us in the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 6, verses 19 to 21

Lay Up Treasures in Heaven

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.Matthew 6:19-21

People who love MATERIAL treasures are an easy target for satan

Satan will use people’s love of money and wealth to corrupt them and for them to lose their souls

Remember what i have been telling you satan is a WICKED demon, he knows that he WILL have to go to hell, so he wants to take as many people with him as possible. I want you to understand a biblical fact that is most times PRESENTED the wrong way. Satan is NOT the ruler or king of hell! God created hell as a place for torment for satan and his wicked angels, so satan will NOT rule hell, but He will be tormented in hell! I want you to understand that. Also, i want you to understand that satan is NOT in hell right now! satan is upon the earth going from one end to the other to tempt people and lead them astray. Let us go to the New Testament Book of I Peter, Chapter 5 verse 8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1Peter 5:8  

beloved, satan is upon the earth right now with his wicked angels called demons! 

And he knows that his time is coming so he is going to try to do everything he can to tempt you, to devour you and to cause you to turn from God and to fall into hell!

Satan is your ENEMY!

Satan is the grand accuser of all the body of Christ!

He follows the believers every move to see how to accuse them before God

But do not be afraid; KING JESUS is our ADVOCATE before God the Father

And King Jesus will always defend those who are blood washed, spirit filled and sanctified by His Shed Blood!

Satan is like a roaring lion, hungry, fierce, strong, and cruel, a lion who is ready to chase souls and to lead them astray!

But you may ask why?

Why does satan do this?

Because he is a very wicked malicious demon who wants to STEAL , KILL and Destroy!

But if you are a TRUE CHRISTIAN you do not have to be afraid, because the roaring lion of HELL is NO MATCH for the CONQUERING LION OF JUDAH!

King Jesus is the LION OF JUDAH!

He will always CONQUER satan, all you need to do is to remain faithful and call upon Him!

So beloved, we must be sober and be on the look out for satan and his wicked army

We must KEEP the faith at all times!

We must be careful that whilst we are on the earth that we keep our hearts, minds and lives focused on the King of Glory alone!

We must be careful about choosing the treasure we lay up for ourselves

Christ urges us to Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth. 

We must not lay up our treasures on earth

We must not covet an abundance of these things, nor be still grasping at more and more of them, and adding to them,

You ever hear the term “The more some people get the more they want”

Some people are BLINDED with wealth, it is like a sickness!

They will beg, steal, cheat, kill and hurt other people for money. We must think our riches will be our eternal comfort. We must not say to the gold, Thou art my hope.  Remember beloved, the treasure upon earth can be corrupted by moth and rust

If our treasure be laid up in fine clothes, the moth will eat them and they will become useless!

If we hoard food, then these can be eaten by worms, rats or it can spoil!

If we hide gold and silver, thieves will come in the night to steal them and to hurt us!

Worldly riches have in themselves a principal of corruption and decay

Worldly treasures will also attract thieves who will break in and steal

These treasures are the lust of the eyes and of the heart

Some people can NEVER get enough 

Christ counsels us to Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven. 

There are treasures in heaven, as sure as there are on this earth; 

But those in heaven are the only true treasures, the riches and glories and pleasures that are at God’s right hand, CANNOT be corrupted!

It is our wisdom to lay up our treasure in those treasures; to make sure our title to eternal life through Jesus Christ, and to depend upon that as our happiness

Let us not burden ourselves with the cash of this world, which will but load and defile us, and be liable to sink us to the pits of the darkest hell

But let us , but lay up in store good securities through good Christian deeds

We must fulfil Christ’s Great Commission and work for the Master

When we do this we lay up treasures in heaven for ourselves!

Whatever work we do for Christ will NOT be in vain,

Messiah Yeshua even tells us that even a cup of water given in His name will not be in vain!

Whatsoever we do for King Jesus and His Gospel, we will receive our reward!

It is a great encouragement to us to lay up our treasure in heaven, that there it is safe; 

Our spiritual treasures will NOT decay in heaven

There will be no moth nor rust to corrupt it; nor can thieves break in and steal it

Remember wherever our treasure is, our heart will also be!

Let us continue with Psalm 139, verses 13 to 16

For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.Psalm 139:13-16

God made us, and He knows us; 

He saw us when we were in the forming, and can we be hidden from him now that we are formed? 

As the Apostle Paul says in the Book of 1 Corinthians Chapter 2, verse 9 to 11

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.1 Corinthians 2:9-11

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for those that love him 

Waiting upon God is an evidence of love to him.

There are things which God hath prepared for those that love him, and wait for him. 

There are such things prepared in a future life for them, things which sense cannot discover, no present information can convey to our ears, nor can yet enter our hearts. 

The great truths of the gospel are things lying out of the sphere of human discovery

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard them, nor have they entered into the heart of man. 

There are things that God has prepared for us, that we CANNOT discover them except through the Light go Divine Revelation through the Holy Spirit

And therefore we must take them as they lie in the scriptures, and as God has been pleased to reveal them.

God hath revealed His divine truths to us by His Holy Spirit

The scripture is given by inspiration of God. 

The Spirit of God knows the things of God because he is one with God. 

It is God who made us and not we ourselves!

We are fearfully and wonderfully made

We are the apple of God’s eyes and His precious creation

We are the sheep of His pasture and the treasure of His heart

Therefore we MUST live up the standard to which God expects us to live!

We can try to run from God, to reject Him, to reject the salvation and forgiveness offered to us through Christ Jesus

But it will be to our own danger!

If we are stupid enough to reject Christ and live in sin then we do not deserve to go to heaven!

We CANNOT hide from God, if you run from Him when you are on the earth, YOU WILL come face to face with the GREAT JUDGE King Jesus the moment you die!

It will be a pity, when that happens He rejects you because when you were alive you REJECTED Him!

Think about it while you still can!

Once your breath leaves your body, you have NO more chance to repent!

God the Father is here

The King of Glory who is the Lion of Judah is here

The Holy Spirit of Truth is here right now,

Whatsoever your needs are today, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are here to comfort you, to strengthen you, to forgive you and to restore you!

Lord Jehovah our Heavenly Father is faithful, He will hear your prayer and fulfil it according to His will and purpose for your life!

Please bow your head and close your eyes as we close the service. 

“Lord, God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, you are our Loving Father.  We thank you God for your forgiveness, Love, Mercy and Grace. I  thank you God for giving us your Only Begotten Son Messiah Yeshua on the cross of Calvary so we can be blood washed and redeemed of our sins and be reconciled to you. Through King Jesus we have the BLESSED HOPE of entering into heaven. I thank you for providing King Jesus your Lamb as a sacrifice for all of our sins. We bless and praise you Abba. 

King Jesus, we bless you and thank you and praise you for your AMAZING sacrifice and love that redeems us, cleanses us and reconciles us back to God the Father. We thank you for being the Highway of Holiness for us so we have a way to enter into heaven. Without your willing sacrifice on the cross of CALVARY, we will have no hope of entering into heaven.  You the King of Glory , and the triumphant Lion of the Tribe of Judah who is our blessed Saviour . You are our High Priest in heaven who intercedes for us with God the Father

I pray for all the people in this church here today Father God. They have come expecting a touch from you Lord. I pray you meet their needs, heal them, provide for them. Protect them and keep them from the wicked one and his demons. Give them the strength to bear all the things we need to bear. These are difficult times on the face of the earth O God, keep us them from satan and his army of darkness. We are your people, who are redeemed by the shed blood of your Son King Jesus. I thank you for sending your Holy Spirit to dwell in this church. I cover this church under your blood King Jesus. I pray your love, mercy and protection over everyone here today. 

 

Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I bless you from Everlasting to Everlasting, I pray for your peace, love and grace to surround everyone today. Father God I thank you for food that was prepared for today. I ask that you bless it, bless the hands that have made it Lord, and I invite you to come and sup with us King Jesus and stay with us as we have fellowship. I thank you Abba for sending your Holy Spirit to dwell in this church.  I pray in the precious name of God the Father, God the Son King Jesus and God the Holy Spirit. Father God, as each person go to their homes after our service today, go with them, go before them and bring them back safely next Sunday. Keep them under your protection always. Amen
