Sometimes I think most Christians forget about Lord Jehovah’s LOVE and MERCY towards us It is because He loves us, that He created us in His Own Image It is because He loves us, that He breathed in our nostrils so we can have LIFE Abba loved us so much that He allowed our First parents Adam and Eve to live in the Garden of Eden Our Heavenly Father had one rule, DO NOT EAT from the tree of life But you all know the story of the serpent satan who was jealous of Mankind and how much God loved us, so he tempted Eve with his forked and lying tongue It was because of satan, that Eve ate of the tree and she gave the fruit to Adam to eat as well It is because of satan that God became displeased with us Because of Satan’s lies and jealously into tempting Adam and Eve into sin,  So Abba cursed the serpent satan and as a result satan CAN NEVER enter into heaven! the only place for satan is hell and the lake of fire forever and ever! Then God banished Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden for their disobedience but NOT before He promised to send a REDEEMER who will REDEEM us back to Him Messiah Yeshua is our Redeemer and it is only because of His sacrifice on the cross that we can have a chance to be washed clean of our sins and reconciled back to God the Father of all the creatures God created, He loved mankind more than any one of them Let us go the Book of Psalms, chapter 8.

LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

Psalms 8:1-9

 

Beloved, we are creatures that were made from the DUST of the earth and when we die, to dust we shall return!It does not matter how rich, or powerful or beautiful a person may be; when he or she dies, they WILL become one with the dust of the earth!

So do not become too proud! In death, we are all EQUAL!It is what we have done during our lives that will count in the afterlife! Only what we have done for King Jesus and His Gospel will count!

Although we are creatures made from the dirt of the earth, still Lord Jehovah loves us so much that He gave us rule over ALL the other creatures of the earth!

Although we are made lower than the angels Abba has crowned us with GLORY and HONOUR!

Our Heavenly Father has put all things under man’s feet, 

WHY did God do this?

Because He LOVES US!

God will always love us, He does not want any person to land up in hell and to perish for all eternity

Remember there are NO EXITS in hell

We need to remember how much Lord Jehovah loves us and takes care of us

He is our God and we are the sheep of His Son King Jesus’s pasture

We are blood washed, redeemed and reconciled to Lord Jehovah through Messiah Yeshua’s shed blood on the cross

Once you have repented of your sins and given your life to King Jesus, the Holy Spirit of Truth will seal you and place the mark of JAH on your forehead

The name JAH is the shortened form of Jehovah

We become MARKED for Lord Jehovah, because we are redeemed and ready for heaven

The Lord God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob will send His guardian angels to stand guard around you and His war faring angels to wage war against satan and his army of darkness on your behalf!

Beloved, we have a glorious inheritance in God through Messiah Yeshua’s sacrifice and shed blood on Calvary!

Let us go the Book of Psalms, chapter 91, verse 1

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1  

All true Christians who live a godly life are SAFE under His protection

We can rest at ease that we are SAFE under the shadow of Lord Jehovah

Remember God the Father gave His Son King Jesus to die a wretched death on the cross so that we may have Eternal Life in heaven

If God can do this for us to save us from the eternal fires of hell, will He not keep us from the attacks of satan and his army of darkness?

When we live according to God’s commandments then we have the Holy Spirit of truth indwelling in us

We can then come and sit down in the secret place of the Most High God

We become worthy to enter into God’s Presence

We can come boldly to the Throne of Grace and cry ABBA FATHER!

Whilst we are still here upon the earth, we must live a christian life and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit

You must come to church on Sundays to gather together with your fellow brothers and sisters to join together in praise and worship of our God

You must must read the Word of God and study the word by coming to Bible Studies on Wednesdays

You must remember to pray when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed

Once we make time DAILY for God, He will make time for us

He will shelter us,

He will PROTECT us

He will PROVIDE for our daily needs

Lord Jehovah is our REFUGE and STRENGTH!

Let us continue with the Book of Psalms, chapter 91, verse 2-4

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Psalm 91:2-4

We can boast of our God, that “He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust”

Other people make idols their refuge which means hiding place

Yes, Lord Jehovah is our HIDING PLACE which is a REFUGE for us in times of trouble!

Only the Lord God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is the Living God, who created the Heaven and Earth

Only Lord Jehovah is our TRUE REFUGE and Strength

Anyone who makes idols their refuge are foolish

WHY?

Because if you worship any other God but Lord Jehovah, if you do not give your heart to His Son King Jesus and allow yourself to be led by the Holy Spirit of Truth, then you are worshiping satan and his demons that is the TRUTH and this truth CANNOT be changed No matter how much people believe and worship other demons such as hindu gods, allah or buddha etc, they will GO TO HELL when they DIE! You need to know this!

No one can approach God the Father without first accepting King Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and without being blood washed and filled with the Holy Spirit

Do not FOOL yourselves

King Jesus is the ONLY WAY to Abba

King Jesus is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE

He is our SAVIOUR

Without His sacrifice on the cross of Calvary, we will all end up in hell

As the psalmist declares 

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Our Heavenly Father will deliver us from diseases, from any danger

From any attacks by satan and his wicked army of darkness

God has protected all of you here today from the Coronavirus pestilence or disease! and you need to thank Him for that

Did you remember to thank God for protecting you?

Beloved, Lord Jehovah Himself is our PROTECTOR 

He will keep us safe from all HARM!

As the psalmist declares in Verse 4  

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Lord Jehovah will protect His children. He will take care of us with great tenderness and affection

Abba will cover us with His feathers, and keep us safe under His wings in the same way a hen protects her chickens under her wings

Let us continue with the Book of Psalms, chapter 91, verses 5-8

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Psalm 91: 5-8

When we trust in Lord Jehovah, we will NOT be afraid of anything

We will not be afraid of the terror by night or the arrow that comes in the daytime

Our God will keep them from evil, and from the fear of any evil!

Beloved, LOOK how Faithful Lord Jehovah is to us

Look around, see how many people are dying everyday all over the world,

YET, Abba Keeps His children safe!

We must keep our eyes, hearts and hope FOCUSED on the CROSS OF KING JESUS

He is our Saviour!

He is our Redeemer

He is the Lion of Judah, who will rage against satan and his army of darkness to PROTECT US!

Let us continue with the Book of Psalms, chapter 91, verses 9–16

Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation. There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.  Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. Psalm 91: 9-16

Beloved, because we have made God our Refuge and Strength, no evil can come against us

No virus or plague or disease can catch us

As the psalmist declares

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling

NOTHING can happen to you without God allowing it to happen!

I want you to remember this fact!

This is a PRECIOUS promise of God to us!

Don’t every forget it!

Abba loves us so much that 

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 

God will command His angels to take care of us!

WHY?

Because Abba loves us!

I want you to know that!

God Himself says in Psalm 91: verses 14-16

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Here God tells us that because we LOVE Him and place our truth and FAITH in Him

He WILL DELIVER US!

Now that is AMAZING and a wonderful promise by our Heavenly Father!

Whenever we call upon Him, He WILL answer us!

Whenever we are in TROUBLE , our God will be with us!

Our God will always hear us, He will answer our prayers

He will not always give us what we pray for, BUT He will give us what He wants us to have!

Our God will show us His salvation, He will be with us during our lives, and when we die, King Jesus will carry us home to be with Abba, to live in heaven and to never suffer again!

Altar Call:

Worship team, please come up whilst i give the altar call, can everyone please stand to their feet

We are going to thank Lord Jehovah for giving King Jesus to be our Saviour who has delivered us from our sins and has restored us to our rightful place as your sons and daughters

We are going to thank King Jesus for giving up His life so we may have Eternal Life. we are going to thank King Jesus for dying for us and redeeming us with His shed blood, and healing us of all of our diseases!

We are going to bless the Holy Spirit for living in us and guiding us according to God’s ways for our lives

This morning I want you to forget about your troubles and focus on God the Father and God the Son

Be encouraged and give your burdens to King Jesus

Whatever your needs are give it to King Jesus

Do not give up HOPE, and when you feel you have no HOPE then let King Jesus become your HOPE

Stop worrying and give your cares to God; TRUST in Him and He will see you through!
